How Quickly Do You Ship?
We do everything possible to process your order in a timely manner. Shipping is free in the US and $9.95 for International Orders. We ship US Postal Service, Priority Mail. Need something faster? Email us at lime@limeactivewear.com for a quote for overnight.
Do you Guarantee Availability?
There are rare times that, due to high demand, we will sell out of an item. If this is the case, you will be notified via email - we will also email simlar items for you to consider or inform you of when we expect your item to be back in stock. We do not charge you for items we cannot deliver. We do our very best to accurately reflect our inventory at all times.
Payment Options
Lime Active Wear accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also take checks - please email us for address information. A $25 service charge will be added to checks with insufficient funds.
Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy is "buy what you love because we want you to love what you buy". If something is not right, please let us know. We will be happy to accept returns or exchanges of still tagged items in their original, unworn condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any items that have been worn, laundered, soiled, altered, or with garment tags unattached. Returns must be made within 30 days of your order's ship date.
